The Columbus Pride Concert Band is the cornerstone of our organization and is open to all musicians. This ensemble provides a vibrant, supportive environment for woodwind, brass, and percussion players of all skill levels: from those who haven’t touched their instrument in years to active performers. It is the perfect place to enjoy the camaraderie of a large ensemble while keeping your musical skills sharp.
Concert Band
The Columbus Pride Wind Ensemble is a new group designed for musicians seeking a more rigorous musical challenge. This group performs literature that requires a high degree of individual technical proficiency and ensemble sensitivity. It is an ideal fit for dedicated performers who enjoy exploring a wide range of demanding repertoire, from classic favorites to modern compositions.

Jazz Band
Established in 2024, the Columbus Pride Jazz Band brings a complex, expressive sound to our organization. This ensemble is dedicated to the art of jazz and performs two featured concerts annually in the Winter and Summer. You can also find them representing us throughout the community at special events and private functions. Whether on the big stage or at a local festival, the Jazz Band offers our musicians a unique opportunity to perform diverse and engaging repertoire.
Marching Band & Color Guard
The Columbus Pride Marching Band bring our music to life with exciting performances and visual flair. A highlight of our year is marching in the Columbus Pride Parade, but we also love taking our show on the road. From Worthington and Delaware to Cleveland and Pittsburgh and beyond, we enjoy traveling to various cities across the region to share our spirit and celebrate with the community!
Holiday Winds
Our Holiday Winds ensemble brings the spirit of the season to life! Performing between Thanksgiving and Christmas, you can find us at festive local traditions like Village Lights in German Village and the Worthington Holiday Open House. This ensemble is also available for hire, bringing a festive musical touch to both public and private holiday events.
Other Ensembles
Beyond our main concert groups, we feature several flexible ensembles including our Pep Band and Oktoberfest groups that bring music to the heart of the community.
Our smaller ensembles can be heard at tailgates, drag shows, weddings, sporting events- even your local bar! We perform at a wide variety of events throughout the year. These groups are available for hire for both public and private functions, adding a lively and unique musical touch to any celebration.
